ALHAJI SHAKIR-DEEN ADESHINA AKINLOYE (Chairman)

Alh. Shakir-Deen Adeshina has over 15years experience in Structural Engineering, with more than 30 projects completed in his portfolio and five journals published. He graduated from Bayero University Kano where he obtained Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering; he further proceeds in his academic career by obtaining Master of Engineering in Structures at Bayero University Kano. He is currently undergoing his Ph.D at the University of Ilorin. He started early as a Site Supervisor Assistant at Borini-Prono Nig. Ltd. Kaduna before he move on to be a Project Engineer/Designer at Osbark Engineers Limited. He joined Zenith Engineers Limited(Kaduna) in year 2004 where he worked as a Project Engineer, he also contributed to the development of the following company El-Fash Consults, Kaduna, Ideal Engineering Consultants-Abuja, Emenog Consults Limited-Kaduna, Indept Engineering Limited-Kaduna, Winscope Designs + Projects Ltd-Kaduna, Philko Ltd-Kaduna, to mention but a few. He is currently a Lecturer of Structural Engineering Analysis and Designs in Civil Engineering Department, Kaduna Polytechnic, and also working as a Construction Engineer (HIRED) with PHILKO Ltd on the proposed Restructuring and Digitization of Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC).


YUSUF ABDULFATAI (Managing Director)

Yusuf has over 12years working experience in the finance sector. Most recently, he has been engaged in training of University graduates on opportunities available in the Nigerian Capital Market. Prior to joining Yabar Finance project, Yusuf was Managing Director of TCU Multi-global Investment Company Limited, a private company based in Abuja. In that role, he was responsible for running the affairs of the company for three years. Yusuf has undergone numerous trainings at the Chartered institute of Stockbroker training centre in Lagos ranging from Trading of Securities on Nigerian Stock Exchange based on Fundamental and Technical Analysis, Risk management on Nigerian Stock Exchange Market and an in-depth derivatives trading. Before joining TCU- Multi-global Investment Ltd, Yusuf has been a marketing agent to some brokerage firm among which are (Standard Union Securities, Resort & Trust Securities Ltd and Marina Securities (Formerly known as Intercontinental Securities Ltd) in which he got attractive returns as commission from those companies. He furthered his career as a consultant for some private consulting firm before he finally joined a team of Yabar Finance Consult Services Ltd in 2018. With his wealth of experience in both bearish and bullish financial market, Yusuf believes that financial services on the Stock exchange Market can better accessible by contributing his own quota to the development of the market. Outside his traditional vocation, Yusuf is passionate about encouraging unemployed graduates to explore opportunities available in the financial sector and he has been organizing seminars, Career advisory services and symposium in several higher institutions in Nigeria. Yusuf has won recognition from the National Association of Business Administration students Al-Hikmah Chapter. Yusuf earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bayero University, Kano.


OBADIMEJI TAJUDEEN OLADIMEJI (Executive Director)

Obadimeji Tajudeen has a combined 19 years experience in Accounting. He is the Head of Account at National Gallery of Art, FCT Abuja. He graduated from Yaba College of Technology in 1999 with HND Accounting, as a young graduate he was employed at the National Gallery of Modern Art, Lagos where he was the Gallery Assistant. And with the Objective to strive for excellence and goal achievement at all times, and to work in a challenging corporate environment with keen interest in effective job delivery, he rose to the post of Head of Account in National Gallery of Art, FCT, Abuja. He has a vision of becoming one of the best accountants who offers quality and seamless services to diverse clients and stakeholders.


IDOWU OGBOYE(Executive Director)

IDOWU OGBOYE has a good experience in stock exchange; he is currently at the Final Level at Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He has worked in quite a number of organizations since 1997 with his most recent at Resort Securities & Trust Limited as a Compliance Officer. He graduated from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos state, where he studied accountancy from 1995 to 1997. He has also obtained a numerous number of professional qualifications. He is a certified member of Pension Institute of Nigeria (ACIP), a member of Institute of Treasury & Financial Administration (ATFA) and currently he is at the final level at Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).


IBRAHIM RUKAYAT ABIOLA (Executive Director)

Ibrahim Rukayat graduated from Federal Polytechnic Offa where she obtained her Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, she further undergo training with NDE/CBN to bag a Certificate in Entrepreneurship Development Program. She graduated from Albedo Interior School Abuja in year 2016. Presently, she is doing her Post Graduate in Business Administration at Open University Abuja. She is extremely driven by challenges and targets, she is self-motivated, efficient and have been particularly motivated by striving to achieve success in any work settings. She has more than Eight years experience in Company’s management.


ONIKOYI HABEEB (Company's Adviser)

Habeeb Onikoyi is a Business Management Expert who is currently the Executive Director Sales and Business Development at Maxtreme Solutions Limited, he has vast experience in Banking and E-payment industry as well as business management ranging from maximizing business development opportunity to developing strategy, tactics, sales plan and target. He worked at Payone Limited as Head, Business & Market Engagement and also in Globasure Technology Limited (Certfied Ingenico Partners) as Business Development and Sales Manager, with major achievement in Servpoint convenient bill payment platform that allows users to make payments for several value added services ranging from airtime recharge to payment of bills any time of the day. ServPoint is available on POS, ATMs, Kiosks, Mobile and on the web. Everyone can benefit from ServPoint including, Billers, Agents and End User Customers. This is the first (VAS) that integrate with NIBSS to support cashless Lagos project. He worked with the like of FCMB, Oceanic Bank and Ecobank Nigeria for over six years. He Graduated from Federal Polytechnic Offa (HND Accountancy). He’s a certify project manager with Project Management Institute certificate and later went to Institute of Technology and Management where he is running his Master in Business Administration (MBA).
